This is a council motion. This proposal outlines the allocation of initial rewards to Picasso Network collators and the remaining amount allocated. 

Over the first two months of collator participation, 625,000.00 PICA will be distributed per month for a total of 1,250,000.00 PICA. Following this period, and alongside the activation of delegations, rewards will increase to 83,333,333.33 PICA per month for a total of 83,333,333.33 over ten months. In full, 84,583,333.33 PICA will be distributed as collator rewards over a twelve month period.

Similarly, 500,000.00 PICA will be distributed for oracle provider rewards over an initial two month period for a total of 1,000,000.00 PICA. Following this period, 5,000,000.00 PICA will be distributed per month to oracle provider rewards for an additional ten months for a total of 50,000,000.00 PICA.

**Months 0-2:**

Collator Rewards: 625,000.00 PICA / month
Oracle Rewards: 500,000.00 PICA / month

**Months 3-12:**

Collator Rewards: 83,333,333.33 PICA / month
Oracle Rewards: 5,000,000.00 PICA / month
