This motion will allocate 143,461,538.46 PICA from Liquidity Incentives Multisig to be transferred to Centauri Chain for use across the following pool launches and incentives:

i) 50,000,000 PICA toward a PICA/ATOM LBP using StreamSwap on Osmosis
ii) 50,000,000 PICA toward a PICA/OSMO LBP using StreamSwap on Osmosis
iii) 25,000,000 PICA as a holdover amount to round out liquidity on pool initialization
iv) 18,461,538.46 PICA to be allocated evening across OSMO/PICA, OSMO/KSM, OSMO/DOT, and axlUSDT/statemintUSDT to be used as LP incentives as they are initialized on the Osmosis DEX.
