This proposal will reconcile bridged PICA transferred to assist in the Centauri Cosmos launch in order to initialize validators, launch StreamSwap LBP, and seed liquidity pools. The purpose of this proposal is to ensure PICA remains in the proper multisig. This proposal does not allocate any additional PICA other than that which has been allocated through previous governance proposals and will simply net out accounting of tokens.
