This motion seeks to extend liquidity rewards across Pablo&rsquo;s initial pools. DOT/PICA, KSM/PICA, PICA/USDT will each be allocated `3,205,128.21` PICA as well as KSM/USDT, DOT/USDT, and DOT/KSM, which will each allocated `2,724,358.97` PICA over 8 weeks. In addition, the newly added DOT/ATOM and DOT/stATOM pools will receive `5,060,728.74` PICA each over an 8-week period.

The total PICA being used for this initiative will be `27,909,919.03` PICA taken from the liquidity incentives multisig, `5ys4cFxQBDs8qhkXbs9smn7yVMSmJ3QdLeqNTHfhk5QmX5Pj`, and transferred to the rewards pallet, `5EYCAe5i8QbRr5Umqbak9Zsapq3nkGBb2KjN9sBxTZjwf4eG`.

- Liquidity rewards will be extended to different pools.
- PICA tokens will be allocated to different pools over 8 weeks.
- Some pools will receive more PICA tokens than others.
