This is a council motion. This proposal outlines the allocation of tokens for immediate disbursement and vesting to collators of the Picasso parachain. Collators will receive 20% of their allocation up front, followed by a 2 year linear-vest by block.

Picasso’s initial collator set will include 17 entities receiving the following allocations.

Immediate Vesting (20%) : 7,117,962.96 PICA
Linear Vesting (2 Years) : 28,471,851.85 PICA


In total, 35,589,814.81 PICA will have been distributed across the collator set at the end of the two year vesting period


This referendum aims to reward high quality nomination pools using a fair evaluation system. The evaluation system looked at specific criteria such as metadata, verified identity and nominees. An open-source tool was used to analyze the pools and the results were posted for public scrutiny.
