This is a council motion. This proposal outlines the allocation of tokens for immediate disbursement and vesting to oracles of the Picasso parachain. Oracles will receive 20% of their allocation up front, followed by a 2 year linear-vest by block.

Picasso’s initial oracle set will include 12 entities receiving the following allocations.

Immediate Vesting (20%) : 8,208,577.00 PICA
Linear Vesting (2 Years) : 32,834,307.99 PICA

In total, 41,042,884.99 PICA will have been distributed across the oracle set at the end of the two year vesting period
