Dear Composable Community,

It is with great pleasure to announce that we will be opening up HRMP channels between Picasso/Composable and several teams on Polkadot and Kusama. This is a significant development for the Composable ecosystem.

For those who are not familiar with HRMP, it is a protocol that allows for the transfer of XCM messaging and data between different blockchains that are part of the Polkadot and Kusama ecosystems.

Both Composable and Picasso are now opening up HRMP channels with several parachains, which will allow for seamless communication between these parachains and access to [Centauri](https://www.trustless.zone/) including the first KSM ⬌ DOT IBC transfer protocol. This development is significant because it shows how the Polkadot and Kusama ecosystem is becoming more interconnected and how different parachains on both relay chains communicate with each other.

The following connections are planned to be established this month for Picasso:

* Picasso ⬌ Tinkernet
* Picasso ⬌ Moonriver (pending governance approval)
* Picasso ⬌ BiFrost Kusama
* Picasso ⬌ Shiden Network
* Picasso ⬌ Genshiro

The following connections are planned to be established this month for Composable:

* Composable ⬌ Astar Network
* Composable ⬌ Acala (pending governance approval)
* Composable ⬌ BiFrost Polkadot
* Composable ⬌ Equilibrium
* Composable ⬌ Moonbeam (pending governance approval)
* Composable ⬌ Statemint (pending governance approval)

The opening up of HRMP channels between Composable and Picasso and these projects is an exciting development and we look forward to seeing how this will contribute to the growth and development of the Dotsama ecosystem.

We are actively exploring opening new HRMP channels to establish trustless cross-chain communication via XCM messaging between parachains. If there are any communities or parachain teams that would like to integrate with Centauri and access the Cosmos, NEAR, KSM <> DOT transfers (currently live) ecosystems in a trustless manner via IBC, reach out to us or just comment below to get things rolling.

Thank you for reading, and we will keep you updated on any further developments on our socials.
