We seek to implement strategic initiatives to bring PICA to ETH mainnet as a native token. This will give Ethereum native users the opportunity to acquire PICA.

The parameters set for this operation will be decided in this discussion period ahead of going on-chain:

- Amount of PICA to be placed in escrow: TBD
- Amount of PICA to be minted on ETH: TBD. This includes LBP and pool incentives allocation.
